Our services include a thorough evaluation which will include an initial diagnostic impression. Our office will provide you with patient education and our recommendations for additions to your current treatment plan, and may serve as a complement to the current treatment team. We are a multidisciplinary team and utilize multiple modalities for patient care including Tele-Medicine.
Face to Face Services
Depending on your location in Alaska, your initial appointment may be a face-to-face appointment with one of our providers. During this appointment, much information will be gathered so that the provider can get to know you as a person, your family and your unique concerns or questions. The patient and their family will also have an opportunity to ask questions of the provider.
Tele-Medicine Services
Tele-medicine is an exciting technology that allows our office to greatly expand the services that we offer. Through the use of Real Time Video Conference Technology, the patient will be able to meet with one or multiple providers at a time in order to facilitate a team approach to the mental health care plan. Tele-medicine also allows our providers to reach out to patients living in the most rural areas of Alaska, or at other facilities around the state. Tele-medicine offers a safe and secure way to maintain a relationship with your mental health providers. We currently serve Fairbanks, The Aleutian Chain, Seward, Ketchikan and Juneau. If you are in another community in Alaska, we may be able to arrange service for you.
