๐ Central Texas, Weโre With You.
Last weekโs devastating floods have left families grieving, homes destroyed, and entire communities reeling—especially in the Hill Country. The heartbreak is deepest for the children weโve lost and the parents now navigating unimaginable pain.
At OBHN, we know healing doesnโt happen alone. As we expand mental health services into Texas, we stand ready to support families, educators, and professionals affected by this tragedy.
Weโve gathered practical, trauma-informed resources to support recovery for parents, caregivers, and youth:
๐ง Tips for Survivors of Disasters โ What to Expect in Daily Life (SAMHSA) https://store.samhsa.gov/sites/default/files/pep23-01-01-010.pdf

Teamwork from All Corners ๐
Although our team spans across different states—and screens!—we were lucky enough to bring almost everyone together in person this week. With about 15 remote team members, it's not every day we get to share the same space, laughter, and conversation (without a mute button!).
Grateful for the time to connect, reflect, and grow together. Thereโs nothing like seeing the heart behind the work—up close.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month ๐
As a mental health clinic, we often see firsthand how powerful it is when people feel seen, heard, and supported. Mental health is health — and it deserves just as much care and attention as physical well-being.
This month, letโs break the stigma. Letโs have the conversations. Letโs remind ourselves and each other:
โ๏ธ Itโs okay to ask for help
โ๏ธ You are not alone
โ๏ธ Healing is possible
If you or someone you love is struggling, donโt wait. Reach out. There is hope, and there is help. ๐ฌ

April is well known for promoting Autism Awareness. While knowledge is great, as a company who works with many whom have a loved one or personally have this diagnosis, we would love to share promoting not just awareness but also Autism inclusion. Inclusion can be defined as "providing equal access to opportunities and resources for" as well as "belonging".
